Festival Guidelines
To make the Godiva Festival a fun and enjoyable experience for all, we ask you to follow these simple guidelines:![]()
Conditions of Entry
- Please Do Not Bring Alcohol to the Festival
- The law states that it is an offence to drink alcohol in a public place in Coventry
- However, for the duration of the festival, alcohol may be purchased and consumed within an enclosed area of the War Memorial Park.
- A section of the festival will be fenced and patrons will be subject to searches as a condition of entry.
- Alcohol purchased elsewhere will not be allowed into the fenced area.
- Those found in possession of drugs or weapons will be reported to the police and will face exclusion and arrest.
- Any one appearing drunk or likely to cause crime or disorder will be refused entry.
- The event management and their representatives reserve the right to refuse entry.

Festival Guidelines
- Please use litterbins provided
- Do not bring disposable barbeques or light fires.
- Smoking will not be allowed inside any of the tents.
- There is ample Free Parking at the festival. Entrance on Leamington Road.
- The Park and Ride car park is for disabled users only. There is no access to the festival car park at the Park and Ride entrance
- Please Do Not Park on Kenilworth road or Leamington Road. Offending Vehicles will be towed.
- There are No Camping facilities at the festival.
